Why the Nervous System?

Our nervous system is the command center for our entire body. It is what determines whether we feel safe or in danger, and respond accordingly. When this system dysregulated, we can’t truly rest or heal. We stay tense and braced, even when there is no threat.

This work helps your system reset and feel safe again. With sustained, tactile feedback, we support it in remembering how to regulate, repair, and reorganize itself. We invite change at the foundation, so the effects go deeper and last longer.
